What is it?​

  • It is the electronic document through which the Legitimate Holder records the lack of acceptance or payment of the Electronic Sales Invoice as a Bill of Exchange, as provided in Subsection IV of Section I of Chapter V of Title III of the Commercial Code.
  • One of these events can be registered for an Electronic Sales Invoice as a Bill of Exchange.

  • The Legitimate Holder is responsible.

Who is responsible for receiving the electronic document?​

  • The Acquirer/Debtor/Acceptant is responsible.
